People often play padel to get fit, but sometimes, that can lead to injuries. We should also get fit to play padel!
Join these fitness sessions to boost your health and wellbeing. The sessions will include mobility drills, strength exercises and conditioning moves to give you the power, confidence and freedom of movement you need to play padel and to keep you healthy.
The session will be led and guided by Jaimes McKee, the strength and conditioning coach for Hong Kong's u17 Football team.
